The Project Manager will be responsible for providing analytical support to Retention Marketing to help achieve attrition, sales, balance, and profitability goals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing telemarketing and direct mail campaigns
• Identifying key business drivers and making recommendations to improve effectiveness
• Developing retention strategies, adapting new analytical techniques
