Manager wants a very strong candidate. Contractor "ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE" 6+ years of SAS and Accounts Payable experience or they will be declined. As well, experience with DYL280 and EZTrieve are highly desired. Must have Mainframe experience. AS400 experience must have- CASE Tools experience is not required.

Position Description: Position Description: Requires competence in the design and implementation of computer or database management systems, and possesses knowledge of the state-of-the-art in software/database engineering methodologies, CASE tools, and design techniques, as well as applicable software/database standards. Experience Level: 6-10 Years. Skill Set: Current use of mainframe programming languages, and other bank utilities/tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of structured project methodology a must. Strong attention to detail with outstanding problem solving skills. The ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Analytical ability. Negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
