SAS Data Analyst / Credit Analyst (Yorkshire, UK)

Financial services company seeks SAS Data Analysts to work from its Northern based office on a growing number of projects. Knowledge of statistical data analysis techniques as applied to various business problems such as credit risk, consumer intelligence and management information gathering would enable you to further the growth of my client’s stride into this expanding arena as well as enhance your own career. To qualify you will need to have a number of years experience in data analysis gained either in the credit, marketing analytics or operation’s research department of a retail bank or consumer credit provider. Strong SAS (incl. Enterprise Miner) skills are required ­ down to macro level ­ ideally using Version 8 and preferably including SAS/STATS, SAS/ETS, SAS Campaign management / Intrinsic. These are not back-room roles, your strong communication and consulting skills will be fully utilised offering consultancy to high profile clients. Any exposure to Basel II would be advantageous.
